Do you accept pickup & delivery orders everyday of the week?
Yes ,we're open seven days a week and provide both pickup and delivery services.
What are your delivery & pick up option?
We offer free pick-up at Richmond Hill,
We hand-deliver within the GTA and surrounding areas, you can check the areas cover by us in the below.
Delivery Locations:
Toronto, Scarborough, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond hill, Aurora, Thornhill, Etobicoke, Mississauga
Standard Delivery Time: 12PM-5PM
Same Day Charcuterie Delivery
Orders received by 11:00AM are available for standard same day delivery between 12:00PM to 5:00PM
Our delivery rates are:
$10-$25 calculated at checkout
What is the required notice period for orders?
We offer same-day charcuterie delivery and pick-up for orders placed before 11 AM.
However, if we reach our daily capacity, same-day delivery may become unavailable.
Therefor, we recommend contacting us before placing a same-day order to confirm availability.
Next day delivery and pickup are always available and we recommend placing orders at least 24 hours in advance.
Can I choose a specific delivery time for my order?
Yes, when you select delivery date in your cart, a note box called Delivery Instruction will appear.
you can leave us a note with your preferred delivery time, and we'll do our best to deliver your order accordingly.
What happens if no one is available at delivery location?
if delivery is attempted by our driver and no one is available to accept the delivery, our driver first try to call the recipient with the information provided by the customer at check out.
If the recipient is not reachable, the order will be left in safe place outside the address.
in this case, Grazing Harmony is not responsible for the product.
Can we keep the boards after?
Yes! The boards are yours to keep after.
Do you offer custom or larger charcuterie boards for bigger events?
Yes, We can create custom charcuterie boards tailored to your event and guest count, including boards designed for 30 guest or more.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, we can adjust our products to meet dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, pork free and nut-free options.

How can I place an order for a Grazing Table?
For Grazing Table orders, we need more information such as the number of guests and location.

once confirmed, we'll finalize and schedule your order.
What happens if I need to cancel my order?
Order Changes, Cancellations & Deposits
Orders canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
Orders canceled within 24 hours of the delivery or pickup time will receive a store credit for future use.
Please note that deposits for grazing tables are non-refundable, but a credit will be issued for future bookings.
If you wish to make changes to your order, you may do so up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup. After that time, changes are not guaranteed and your payment will be converted to a store credit.
Do you offer products that can be customized with our own labels?
Yes! Our Charcuterie Cups can be customized with your own labels and branding.
