All orders are prepared and delivered with the utmost care. If an item is damaged or you receive the wrong order, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
2. Gift Cards and Sale Items
Please note that gift cards and sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
3. Refunds / Store Credit
• All orders are eligible for store credit if a cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up time.
• Refunds in cash or to the original payment method are not provided; all cancellations result in store credit.
• Custom orders, orders with substitutions, or orders involving dietary restrictions (e.g., allergies) require at least 5 days notice before delivery or pick-up to be eligible for store credit, depending on the order.
• Orders exceeding $2,000 require at least 5 days notice for store credit eligibility.
4. Changes to Orders
If you would like to modify your order, please contact us at least 48 hours before delivery or pick-up. Modifications after this period cannot be guaranteed.
5. Rescheduling
All standard orders are eligible for rescheduling if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up time.
